I am an Advanced Coach for horse archery based in Wiltshire.
I have represented Britain at Olympic archery, and now at horse archery, and have held the BHAA National champion title. I have ridden horses and practised archery for several decades, enjoying the partnership that can be made between rider and horse.
I really enjoy coaching existing horse archers to improve to the next level, helping them harness their psychology in attaining their potential.
Note:For those brand new to horse archery I recommend starting at a venue with fully trained horses where tuition can get them started in this fascinating sport.
I specialise in individual or small group coaching. I take pictures and slow-motion videos so clients can see what they are doing. After each session, I provide a written report with pictures to capture “key learnings” for them to take away and work on.
By arrangement, I’m prepared to travel to your yard. The cost guide is £40 per hour and 30p per mile from SN82AN.
I can also provide equipment for IHAA grading, such as targets, target faces, automatic timing system, and track barriers. This assists clients chasing Student or HA grades or simply as a measure of their progress.
