The new BHAA Ground Gradings are designed to improve your consistency with your ground archery. They work in a similar way to the IHAA Grading system;
– You will need 2 qualifying scores from 2 seperate days, a maximum of 2 years apart.
– You will need 2 witness signatures on each scoresheet to submit your grading.
– You must be a member of the BHAA to submit your Ground Grading.
– Bows must be non-centreshot, if using a snake bow, the grip must be built up in a way which removes the shelf.
– You may have no more than 2 attempts at any grading in one day.
– You do not have to complete the challenges subsequently, and can start wherever you feel is most appropriate for you.
– The goal for all 6 challenges is to shoot 110 points, using 5-zone HBA scoring.
– For all challenges you may shoot with the arrows in the bow hand or from a quiver.
