If Applying for R&R status:As organiser, do you agree to the following conditions? 1. Use standard IHAA General & Competition rules, and standard IHAA track rules where applicable. The competition must be in accordance with the IHAA Code of Equine Welfare. 2. Appoint a qualified IHAA judge of the appropriate level to officiate at the competition (and a qualified IHAA hunt track course designer if the hunt track is to be run) 3. Use www.ihaa.eu to input the scores 4. Use the correct IHAA Records and Ranking logo in advertising material (with or without stars according to the level of the event) 5. Report: a. Any incidents (accidents or near misses) during the competition, so that we can better understand and mitigate risks in our sport b. Any competitor disqualified from the event for rough riding, horse welfare concerns, abusive behaviour or illegal substance use In return the IHAA commits to: 1. Advertising the competition as a Records & Ranking event on the IHAA calendar 2. Allowing you to share on the IHAA FB page both a competition poster before the competition and a post with results/photos/competition report after the competition 3.
