The BHAA National Championships this year will take place on the weekend of 30th Sept - 1st Oct at Old Mill Stables in Lelant Downs, Nr St Ives, Cornwall.

We are already significantly oversubscribed and so please include your current BHAA qualification level and IHAA grade to help us allocate places.

Results from the April-June walk and trot postal matches are in! We had entries from several different clubs, the winners of each category being:

Adult walk 30 - joint first place to Jay Hare of HorseBack Archers and Nicola West of Cotteswold Mounted Archers

Youth Walk 30 (age 14-17) - Jenny Edgar of Cotteswold Mounted Archers

Junior Walk 30 (age under 14) - Helena Hutchison of HorseBack Archers

Novice Trot 30 (for those who have not competed in a canter class at national or international level) - Ros Jones of Cotteswold Mounted Archers

We are running a new postal match for April and May. A new open trot class has been added giving an opportunity for more experienced archers to practise their skills with only a 30m run required. Full details here

Limited places, £50 deposit secures your place, balance payable 6 weeks before the camp. Any questions please feel free to message us. 
No previous experience required, sessions will include familiarisation sessions for horses that have not done mounted archery before. Suitable for all levels of experience as groups will be divided. A fantastic opportunity to get expert tuition, including sessions by the current British Champion!
