In an ideal five minutes I've remembered something I noticed before. On the homepage there's an image that could really do with being optimized. It's a chunky 4MB, and takes a noticeable amount of time to load, even on a good connection.

Just something to think about when someone's got a couple of spare minutes who can change it.
